Another good put-down by SAF. I had a look on the New Statesman website and the interview is there, but only an abridged version. It doesn't have the bit about Benitez in it. No doubt Benitez will be fuming but perhaps even he has the good sense to not respond, given that last time he had a pop at SAF, he was the loser.

The NS are looking to get the global United buck by not having the whole interview online. It's guest edited by that fruitcake Alistair Campbell this week, so maybe he was responsible for the minge bag decision. I usually get the paper copy, so I'll give the full quote about Moyes later.

I'd have throught last Saturday's result was rant enough. No matter how much you hate the FSW, there's no denying that winning 4.1 at Old Trafford is the ultimate put down.

Any retort from SAF sounds like a whine.

Guess SAF was only talking about Premiership managers with experience in the PL? If not, why isn't Guus Hiddink included in that list. For sure one of the very best managers around? Has a proven trackrecord and admire him enormously. Sadly, he's now at Chelsea, but as they're facing the RS in the CL, it can only be a good sign.

Jock Stein the greatest ever manager; selling Stam his biggest mistake; if he had to pick his own two best United teams Beckham would only be 'knocking on the door' and if he left Rooney out he'd 'have to do it by e-mail'.

Nothing else Evertron or Liverpool related, though he does say they wont win the quintuple this season.
