But, probably where praises is needed is without Lampard, do James, Abraham, Mount, Gilmour or Tomori even get near the team? Good to see Chelsea blood English Talent for the first time since Terry.

Well he’s a number 8 for Chelsea so signings wingers, strikers, attacking mids doesn’t really impact Mount.

The young core should have been given more time that’s the problem.

He got them top 4 in his first season with zero signings and no Hazard.

Personally think the club bought a load of players that aren't either amazing right now...or just not great at the moment. Also...too many of them in one window.

Not surprising, they were crazy giving him the job in the first place. They should’ve let him cut his teeth and develop for longer rather than giving him a big job and budget straight away.

Tuchel is the smart choice.

You are not goin to keep a job at Chelsea spending over 200 million and been in 9th.
I think he took it 2 or 3 seasons too early.
