That's not quite how it comes across to me, Koeman will be guardian of the culture as well and we all move forward, as a big Everton family, seems pretty inclusive to me. I thought it was a nice touch to be honest. All seems very positive and exciting, can't wait to see what develops over the coming months and years

No mate the two are not really related unless Moshiri decides he no longer wants him. He could continue even if Moshiri owned a 100% (if that was what Moshiri wanted). The Chairman figure is going to become more of a figurehead position especially after appointing a DoF.
