I saw someone writing about flux training, but to be honest it went right over my head.
I quite like the threshold training, fortunately my Garmin Fenix seems to have a few programmes I can follow
What do you know about Garmin training? I have never tried it myself but interested in building something for my son to follow. Does it allow custom workouts?
Flux training, as I understand it, is like a reverse interval. Instead of hammering the “on” interval (track repeats, etc) you run the “on” at threshold and the off fluctuates until it rises to a faster speed. Build your aerobic capacity through the “negative space” (my words.) Fascinating idea with some merit.
