Fake as anything.
- The badge is completely wrong, because it doesn't have the 1878 and Everton bits on it, which are part of the club's branding and copyright. They're not going to use the 1990s badge because they only use the modern crest at all times. They're very precious about protecting their brand and copyright.
- You can see how the Chang logo has been photoshopped on to it; the shirt is at an angle yet the logo is completely straight and not curved.
- The shirt itself is Man Utd's away shirt that someone has simply photoshopped a load of Everton stuff on.
- As for '1995-2012', what a load of bollocks. Commemorating a 17 year anniversary of not winning anything? Even the club aren't shameless enough to do that.
Nice try, but thankfully that is clearly a fake.

That, but with amber cuffs in royal blue with a slightly less tight fitting design would be nice.
I honestly think Nike would be wise to keep it simple but smart, play up to all the classic Everton things like amber detailing, and it HAS to be royal blue, not like this monstrosity:
