Come on, Valencia pulled the plug. if you think about it the club played it smart by making sure they could get the player before they went for him. Get the WP in, and then go for him, rather than wasting time and effort negotiating, for the deal to go wrong due to a WP.

Not the club's fault that Valencia pulled out of the deal.

Everton will sign him in January . FACT . Both Everton & the player wanted this only Valencia stopped it happening . He hasnt been getting paid hence why he wanted to leave . Everton held out for a loan deal because we are apparently breaking the bank to bring the Dutch kid and couldnt afford a large lump sum or payment the way Valencia wanted it . I am very confident bar Bagpuss sticking his nose in that we will get our man in January
