Had Sexton slotted that penalty those lads would have written their names in history as the first ever Irish team to beat an all black team. Gutted for O'Driscoll, a heartbreaking way to lose a game.

Credit to NZ they never gave up like.

thats what I've been told, havent really watched league for a good while, he looked a beast did Burgess

Watched heaps of NRL this season, and Sam would have been close to being the Rabbits star player. Sonny Bill was Sydney's though, and they won the NRL, so I'd say he's had the better season. He's also won the world cup for the All Blacks, so without a doubt I'd say he's a better sportsman at this moment in time. Burgess can get better though, Sonny may have reached his peak?

fair enough, cheers for the info mate, been a suprising success the world cup, hopefully be a shot in the arm for a lot of nations, and the sport can progress, these things take time though, I'l be cheering on NZ in the final, though you have to wonder if that bruising encounter has took too much out of them

They targeted SBW a lot, reading in the paper today, he's admitted the body's hurting, called it the toughest game of any code he's ever played. You're right too about the boxing, he'd get cleaned up by someone half decent, he knows it too.
