"Ross' future is going to lie elsewhere"

We're signing players for the future of Everton...if you don't want a part of that Ross, good luck and good bye.
I'm willing to bet his career will go downhill if he leaves this summer..but right now I'm more excited about incomings than outgoings

It peeves me a little when people quote the 'He's a blue' line, because as a matter of fact, he isnt? If he was a blue, he wouldnt be jibbing us off at the most exciting period since the mid 80's. He loves Everton so much he isnt prepared to let them pay him vast sums of money ofr what is effcetively half a days work per day. i showed more Loyalty to BT who paid me panst money for 11 years. I dont buy it sorry! I appreciate there are others on far more money thatn we could ever offer, but had i been blessed with sufficient talent o make the grade at my boyhood club, i would never leave unless they sacked me! He is a plastic Evertonian, just like Rooney, Jeffers and all the rest of them!

Ross leaving EFC will be as bad as Ross leaving Friends or when Ross left Eastenders all those years ago.

It just won't be the same.

Please sign Ross

Money talks times have changed - Dixie Dean was the other way around Arsenal came in for him to see the board and him and he turned down a massive offer in those days as the snubbed him as a youth player at Tranmere - he did it for pleasure, and loyalty as he was a true blue - He loved telling the arsenal chairman in full where to stick his offer - since that Bosman ruling - loyalty for all players , and clubs went out of the window - The days of the Labones, Hurst, etc etc have well gone!
Lukaku is another example!
He will go at the right price - I would hope Ross will sign, but it's looking dodgy , but hey ho lets see!

Nothing to do with him being a blue but I seriously hope he stays, I haven't seen a link with anyone who could excite me the same way as he does when he receives the ball. Ok i know it doesn't always result in a positive move but for gods sake don't fall into the Siggurdson is better fake news.

I get where people are coming from. He's a blue so why doesn't he sign etc etc?

Some seem ambivalent to him staying or going. Others say that these days there's no loyalty and its all about chasing the ££'s these days.

All are viable points of view. What will be will be now I suppose. But me being old school, I want him to stay cos he's a blue and we're on the up again. There's obviously a big reason why he's baulking at the offer, but he's got to back himself and rise above it surely.

Got a feeling he will try and wind his contract down, or wait and see who comes in for him, then come back with tail between his legs.
