"Ross' future is going to lie elsewhere"

Potentially it's the most exciting pre-season that I've probably seen at Everton for a good five or 10 years

huh? jeez stubbs, it's possibly the most exciting one ever. When we were great we would only add one or two so pre-season's would be exciting then. But since we've won nowt pre-season's have hardly been exciting. Last season was fairly exciting in expectation, but this one is more exciting because things will actually happen.

True that, Barkley going wont put any kind of a dent in this window, Lukaku gong might a blow but either way this window is looking like a special one

if barkley wasn't a blue i'd agree. We know how massive his potential is which is why it'd be even worse, he frustrates me but i really don't want to see him go, whether he wants to or not. Even though i think the squad won't really be any weaker without him, i do think that he could be a superstar here if he achieved that potential.

We won't replace lukaku, for sure, we may replace his goals around the squad, but we won't be able to attract that calibre of striker ourselves just yet.

hes added 2+2 and made four, but is just guessing nothing factual as it may add up to 5 - not helping one bit it's in RBs hands + his agents - its up to the board there are other midfielders who may move McCarthy, Besic - Barry etc or maybe them all - who knows money will be recouped - we have an abundance of defensive midfielders spare not attacking creative ones like Ross!

I sure as hell hope it doesn't. The fact that the lad is a blue does blur my option on the matter though.

Hope Ross mans up and understands the boss is pushing him as hard as he is, because he expects better cause Ross can be so much better..

If he were to go, what would we deem a fair price though?

Loling at that, 5 years ago Mirallas at £5m was our big signing of the summer.
