"Ross' future is going to lie elsewhere"

I wonder if there is any way back for Barkley. That is difficult reading and I wonder if making up with Koeman is actually his best way forward

The worrying thing for Ross is that his biggest admirers(some anyway), Evertonians, are starting to not give a damn one way or the other.
It's dragged on far too long and nobody really knows what the hell is going on...besides, we are building a team for the future and a starting eleven without Ross in August really doesn't make me worry right now

As far as I can judge, his head is not in a place whereby his first thoughts, from a professional point of view, are with EFC. If I find that I cannot perform to the best of my ability in my professional role, then I need to question whether I need to move on.

Ross has lots of ability but he needs to assess whether or not he can deliver to his undoubted potential in the RBJ.

I am not sure that whatever is holding him back now will disappear if he joins another club.

One way or the other he has my very best wishes

A few more signings and he will lost in the crowd.

If we have a week like the one just gone, with a few targets coming in for top money, Ross going wont even be an issue for some, chances are he will be more than replaced by the time he goes

Its the way of football -look at Rooney t shirt on his debut lifted it up -Once a Blue always a Blue - the rest is history it's the modern game the days of loyalty have ended!
I agree 100% Joey, that was what I meant earlier in the thread, where people are wanting to hold onto him because he is a blue. Like all things in this life there are degrees of Blueness! You quote Rooney, but you could just as easily quote McNanaman, Owen, Fowler, Carragher, Rush, Gerrard, all so called 'blues'. The fact of the matter is the only blues are the folks on the terraces an in the stands. i wouldnt swap my team, no more than i would swap the party i vote for.
