I must say, a lot of our back room staff/youth coaches etc are extremely dim witted individuals, as much as I liked them as players.

Everton's turning into a cesspit of cronyism.

Manager's employing brothers; coaches bringing in ex-team-mates; former players who are barely on the staff themselves bringing in sons.

I pray for the day that we get a takeover that sweeps this manager and his putrified set up out of the club and we start afresh with people who just have the competitive well being of the club at heart rather than trying to work their friends and family a few quid.

Beautiful post, even if you don't agree with it, it's a work of art.
