Just to repeat what i said yesterday really in that this stinks. Had he left for Chelsea in the Summer i wouldn't have been this arsed - but its clear there's been a deal between him and Chelsea that he's to get fit whilst Everton still pay his wages and they'll return in January for a smaller fee & bigger signing on fee. Fair play, the lads got himself a move to Chelsea (cant see where he fits in) but he'll be playing in the CL and winning trophies - but the way he/his reps/Chelsea have sorted the deal stinks.

If this is the case (does seem viable) then weve not really missed out on a bigger fee as no one had any intention of buying him last window.
 
£15m fee - its a typical Chelsea signing ala Lukaku IMO. They'll play him a bit, increase his value and sell him on for good profit before the end of his first contract.
