Ross Barkley

Think so Ste. Got told on Monday he'd be on the bench, makes sense like considering he's the only 'proper' right back we now have at the club.

Made up for the lad, hope since Monday he has impressed enough to get a start really, heard a worrying third hand rumour about Davies having a knock, praying to God it's just Chinese whispers like

I'd hate to sit where you sit mate. Haven't heard anyone on his back the past few months, however I do have to suffer some melts behind me every time Lukaku miscontrols a ball or doesn't win a header going "LOOK AT 'IM E DUZNT WONNA BE ERE DA LAZEE TIT"
You don't sit in the paddock do you? If you don't his twin brother sits behind me. Needs a smack to be honest. :)

Family enclosure for me mate, first block from the Church.

We hava an arlf fella on back row that moans every time Ross holds onto the ball......you would think he had learnt his lesson as Ross over and over then puts a delicious ball through Coleman/Davies/Baines/ Rom.

To be fair, most around do just laugh at him. Thats the think.....the moners and arl fella's are the loudest ones.

It's horrible watching the game with relatives and some friends as they are constantly on his back. Maybe that comes from expecting Rooney mkII, I don't know. What I do know is that we haven't produced a player like Ross Barkley in a long time. He's making that transition now from apprentice to veteran and he hasn't even hit peak yet. He can be anything he wants, but that depends on his mentality.
His performance on the pitch is far more mature, a lot of that has to do with Koeman pushing him up the field a bit further where he can get the ball, turn and run as opposed to playing in the centre, having too many touches and not being able to control the game. It was painful watching him managed by Martinez ... if he could play with 11 midfielders, he would have. Not understanding that forwards can influence the game as well was foolish on his part. And Ross imo is best placed as close as possible to the forward line.
Need to get him signed on a long term and put the media nonsense to bed.

Haha top balcony mate, I think that's where they shove all the arl arse doomsayers so they're out the way.

Where abouts in the top balcony you sit lad? Im more or less in the middle and theres some proper miserable old fella above me who makes me wanna move seats for next season

Was this because of his lack of game time for the U19s mate?. if so, I'm sure he's been pictured in training with us since then.
