He took his goal well, that's it.

I am like anyone else I want him to do well and have backed him in the past, but the lad is simply not good enough. Off the top of my head, He is lazy, has horrendous decision making, goes missing in games, as soon as he gets it he wants rid of it, any 50:50 he loses because he has no desire, he can't finish, his final ball is nowhere near good enough, and it's all ok because he is young and he is a blue.

That goal shouldn't cause people to forget the fact that he was atrocious for about 80 minutes of that game, I lost count how many times he lost the ball or picked the wrong pass. If we buy a decent number 10 next month then he needs dropping to the under-23s to re-learn how to do the basics.

He has, close range one at Goodison but can't remember who it was against. He may have scored another one as well.

Gana was atrocious tonight, his passing was beyond shocking but that's OK it's not his game. Thought Barkley did ok baring in mind for 70mins he had a statue in front of him and 2 deep lying mids nowhere near him. Davies made a difference to his game.
