D dave A annoyed at V victory E Everton were boss and K Koemans tactics sublime :)....Not long back from match and considering who we were playing thought we did fabulous today Up the Tooffs

We've won 5 games out of 18 mate.

Cool your jets.

Good win today with an academy player dragging us to it and an unplayable Lukaku....neither has anything to do with Koeman that they are here.

Your looking more like Gareth Barry each game that passes now @davek.

You used to have the skills like real skills but now you are looking tired and not even trying anymore.

I remember those days you'd go fishing and even get people on your side but now? Its just all very sad.

Very sad indeed.

Great stuff. Did that make you feel better?

If we can get 7/10 performances out of him every week then he has improved as a player.

Oh by the way I think koeman has improved Ross' all round game and brought him on with his tough love.

Koeman is always talking to Ross through the game, during breaks in play you always see them two chatting.

Let's hope it continues.

He worked hard today then when KM was subbed looked very good supporting Lukaku!

Thought he played much better today. He will never be a great tackler but he puts in a solid effort. If we make a permanent switch to a 3-5-2, I think we will see much more of these performances. He does such a good job of protecting the ball and being able to help our transition to attack, whether by dribbling or passing. He will always have turnovers, but that is because he is going for the difficult forward passes. By the end of the season I think he will really start to settle in.

Stats are easy to manipulate

4wins 1 draw out of last 6 league games
3wins 1 draw out of last 4

and we haven't beat Leeds at Home since the 2003/04 season

people thinks he makes a lot of mistakes, but the reality is that he's so involved in the game, that's obviously going to happen. i don't think there's ever been a game where he's been anonymous. I think a couple of times he could have ran a bit more into space rather than trying the killer through ball from deep because he showed today he can thread a ball if he's in the more attacking areas. Very good performance from him today though, he's improved a lot more lately and hopefully this will give him a boost.

He was brilliant today and it's no surprise that yet again he was given more freedom to move around the pitch and drop deeper when needed. If we can keep balancing the team to allow him that we'll do wonders.
