Seems that Ross has hit a brick wall regarding his development, thought that the game passed him by for the most part tonight.
This is where he needs to go to the next level now but I'm not seeing that at the minute, he was sloppy in possession and was well looked after by the behemoth James McCarther ( tongue in cheek there) but he seems to be regressing rather than improving.

Anyone picking on Ross constantly when we've got a squad chock full of average/poor players needs to pipe down. He's not been great lately but he was fine tonight.
Thought Ross did alright today. Used the ball well, worked hard. Just didn't click with the other attackers. Would like to see him drop back a bit meself – he's not smart enough to play behind the striker, but can do almost anything with a football when he concentrates.
Better tonight.
