Many known Islamic historical writers have been cited as an excuse for terrible acts of violence against the innocent. So they're not ignorant for having an opinion based on historical matters? Just because I don't believe in something doesn't mean I'm ignorant. I'm well versed in the so called good books as I strive to bring up my children to have a valued opinion and not be coerced into making decisions by people who simply "read stuff" and portray their interpretation of it. Very clever you are mate.
I don't understand how Islam or its writers is relevant whatsoever.
But from a historical point of view, Jesus existed. You were and seemingly still are ignorant in that regard.

Gotta love the snippiness now.
It's alright lad, you're allowed to be wrong. I'm often wrong myself. Not in this though, I studied classical history quite indepth for a time.
Haha why didn't you say?

I now believe in Christ . I studied civil engineering and I believe in science mate. Religion is blah in my opinion and is the cause of much hurt. All because they believe in some writer of sorts. That was my point but you failed to see it, which in your eyes means I'm ignorant.

I was just being pedantic on a point where you were being incorrect xx

I feel Ross is at his best when everything is in front on him and he can take a touch or two. Some of the best no10's know what they're going to do before they even recieve the ball, pop it off and are on the move, making space and dragging defenders around. Everythings done at pace. That's not Ross's game and why I think he's be more suited to a CM position.

Quite agree, and this should be his position long term i think. One more thing, if he's breaking from deep he'll be an absolute nightmare to deal with as they wont know whether to come and leave a space in behind or stay and allow the long shot. He could be absolutely deadly if he played there alongside someone like Gueye.

I think he really needs to redefine his role and we as fans need to be more realistic about his ability.

Love it when he drives at defences and counter attacks with power.

I'm confident he'll get back to his best.

There's a difference between believing that Jesus existed and believing in Christianity and Relegion. David Icke exists but it doesn't mean he is right.

Is he struggling with the pressure of Koemans standards and expectations of him?

.....he's been largely inconsistent throughout his career so I don't think RK is a reason. Saying that, for a lengthy period at the beginning of last season he was scoring goals and making assists and I wondered if he was realising his potential. I don't think we can make excuses for his performances any more, it's entirely up to him to produce regularly what we see in patches. Top players win games, he needs to have that impact or somebody else will.

Agreed mate, totally. But I meant in the context of the one like neo from the matrix. I didn't realise the level of fume it would cause. Makes me want to reply to more threads. I like these forum thingies.

Totally disagree. Just because someone is local does not mean they should be expected to do more.

It isn't Osman's or Hibbert's fault that they 'weren't good enough', they don't give themselves contracts, do they?

The money they're on is completely irrelevant as the whole footballing world is ridiculous when it comes to money.

So by your logic if you've got loads of money you're immune to mental health issues? I suppose you think Gary Speed was selfish for doing what he did? What a completely ridiculous and outdated opinion. It's 2016 mate. Wake up.
FFS mate, mental health issues? Wake up? Do you belong to the pc brigade? Are you why I can't say blackboard? Is that really a true reflection of life in 2016? What I am saying is, if he can't take it, blue arrow catering agency is hiring, not that the world should bend over backwards to stroke his ego. They pay less and thus less responsibility is given. The amount you're paid does actually reflect the pressure you are required to deal with. That's how life actually works. There is no federation of planets. Anyone who can't handle a particular job should just find another one.

Everyone wants a local lad to do well and will heap extra pressure on them. Deny that if you want.

Mental health problems........Jesus wept....
Can we leave mental health issues out of it please lads?

Thank you.
