From what I saw of the game today, it wasn't his greatest day. That being said, Valencia was dead crap and it wasn't Del's greatest day either. Nor Lennons. Hard to have a good game when the entirety of your front four aren't firing.
He lacks some mental strength I think, would be good to get the sports psychologist in for him to try and build him up. Would also help if the fans got off his back whenever something doesn't come off.
As for the "he's finished shouts", they're a bit off. If you're parroting the blatant Kopite's opinion, perhaps you should have a second thought about your opinion.
He's a much more complete player than the Ross that lashed in that goal vs. Norwich a couple of years ago and hes had an average season so far, not a poor one.
Koeman's honesty will be good for him I think.
