Who did play with intelligence in the team today?
..i'm not really having that Ijjy. It's fine if players around him fail to capitalise on what he's done but too often he fails to utilise the possession he has, that part of the game is his own responsibility. Late on Origi took it off him in the box, he was starting to look void. I agree it was a poor team performance but he should've come off that pitch with plaudits.
Me too thought he gave 110% from start to finish tried on numerous occasions to drive us forward ,when he did get past the hordes of rs there was still no out ball for him to play especially with Lukako not being arsed today ,head and shoulders above the rest of our team who apart from Davies ,who tried hard were uselessI still like him.
If soumess had watched every 90mims of his last 10 games. He would have said it just wasn't his day today move on.He still plays like he's in the playground. If he was 17 you could say "he's raw, he will develop game intelligence"...he's 23.
The lack of a football brain will always hold him back. He's also wreckless and every coach has struggled to manage him.
...he's a confident and talented footballer so he will get his foot on the ball and try but he fails to impact games when its most needed by the team. He wasn't as bad as the game at Goodison but you could hear their fans laughing at him. He's been terrific of late but I'm afraid he played with little or no intelligence today.
Grow up lad.. Although from the south still don't forget my rootsWho's arsed? You don't have to go to work on Monday surrounded by kopties do you? We do so forgive me for being more upset than you, 'jack'

For me Ross really missed Schneiderlin today and add to that the ineffectual Gana, who on more than one occasion looked lost, didn't help either.Who did play with intelligence in the team today?
Harry Redknapp really backing Barkley's corner on BT Sport, good to see
I agree with this so so so much.
Nothing came off for him today but he has to do everything to get an attack going on his own.
If we had Mata, Coutinho, effing peak Zidane it would be the same. We need to learn some different ways to get at the opposition. Other than give it to Ross and pray something comes off.
Did the same with Lampard about the same age when he was getting slated.
