.....certainly not selling him short, just saying Barkley would be chuffed with Le Tissiers goal return at the end of his career. I think the point you made was that Barkley needs to get back to his tough tackling days, I don't agree with that.

....'hard tackling' is becoming increasingly less tolerated, Chang. We have ball winners who's job it is to get it and give it. Ball winners are essential but players like Barkley are unique.

I agree with him about the hype, not sure why Martinez keeps building him up as England's greatest ever player, but the rest of the article is garbage.
