Let's be fair: he is obsessed with being world-class and he was world-class in his new role today.

Some of those warm-ups down the touchline were seriously good. Never even seen Messi doing that on a regular basis. And the way he looked interested in the match from the away dugout without resorting to looking at his phone once. That's what playing with better players can do for you.

In his words he has joined a massive club.

Lot of bitterness towards the lad in here.

He's a world-class talent and a top scouser we should be wishing him well. I hope he wins the lot and gets his move to Real or Barca then ends his career back home with the armband leading us to glory on the banks of the Royal Blue Mersey

Diamonds are Forever

Surely this confirms that we have ANOTHER RS in our midst?

But they don’t care. Get back to RAWK.

I wonder why hey? Not like he completely shafted the club.

Ross isn't the brightest bulb in the chandelier is he. I am of the opinion that his agent saw the chance of a bumper pay day and manipulated Ross (after the rather silly situations Ross got himself into) to engineer the move.

Reminds me a little of my naivety many years ago when my financial advisor was investing my money for his benefit rather than mine!

Given the current state of the team and the failings of our management set-up, I'm inclined to believe he no longer wanted to be part of the Circus and has moved on to better things..

I fully expect the usual "he is too thick" riposte, but he knows more than any of us about the workings of the club.

I think we miss him. We miss a player brave enough to take responsibility in dictating the way we play. When we played really well it tended to be when he played well. I think he'll do well at Chelsea. Still a rat mind you.
