Ross, Rom and Barry the top 3, by a mile.
God I miss Barry. Give me loan season Barry over any of our current midfielders.
I would add that Coleman had his best season under Martinez and he also developed Stones, who in my opinion has turned out to be the best of the Martinez golden generation.
He’ll end up back on loan and will be cripplingly average.

Stones ? Baines and Coleman were at their best then as well. Them three easily as good as Barkley in them days.
Lukaku, Coleman, Stones, Barry Baines, all by a comfortably better than Barkley under RM. And a lot more consistent.

I really don't think he's been especially lucky with his managers at Chelsea

You have to wonder the deleterious impact his run-in with Merseyside gangstas has had on him. Goosing the kopite supporting ma of a Liverpool hood was not the action of an intelligent person...so I can understand why Rosscoe did it.
