When was his injury again? Remember him being mince back half of the final Martinez season, a determined effort to play himself out of the England side for Euro 2016. He wasn't alone there like, but I remember going to Watford away and thinking there was something wrong with him physically - looked slow and overweight, wasn't moving right.

I think it was just after the world cup in 2014, he came back in like November 2014. That's when he started to go off the ball, where he seemed to lose his confidence.
