Shocking that cartoon, it absolutely does relate to him being scouse and automatically deemed thick - we saw the same about Rooney and often Gerrard over the years

He is a good player so not entirely surprised he's doing alright. Not worth the energy to hate him and it's a little bit Southampton and Watford to plaster snake emojis on his instagram.

Still would have liked to see him thank the fans on departing or stop the sly digs against the club in his media interviews. He talks about us like we're Oldham Athletic at times, wasn't coached and he's now at a big club etc...
