After the game I was outside The Winslow looking up at a large group of Evertonians waiting on the United players to get on their couch and **** off up the road, tail between legs. Chants of ''Rooney, give us a wave,'' and ''Rooney, whats the score'' came from the Evertonians. After a few united players scurried onto the coach, finally Rooney came out. Just as he got on the couch he stuck his finger up. The crowd reacted with a ''wahhhaaaaay'' and laughter.
Why I bring this moment up? I wanna know was there any fellow Toffee there at Goodison road that are on this? If so let us know. Were you one of the Rooney mob? It was a great memory for me. Being 17 from Dublin at the time.
P.S 1-1 v Arsenal. only a disaster can keep us from storming that top 4 now!
