I'm not defending Koeman but some of the lads on the pitch need to take some responsibility and there's too many hiding at the moment.

I think Claridge makes a very good point when he says there is no evidence for us to suppose Koeman has got a plan to improve us. He just keeps making minor changes to the personnel and getting the same results.
