Switching formation was a really poor decision, took a way an extra defensive security and ultimately put Holgate in a position Keane most likely would have occupied for that header.
Nothing in that game suggested we would dominate the play with 4 at the back, just made us even more open to being played through in the final 3rd.

Should have stuck with the starting formation. Good tactical decision turned into a silly one when bringing on a way underdone Siggy on the left.
It was literally one poor header that cost us the 2 points. Nothing to do with Koeman.
Great tactical masterclass, mourinho would be lauded for doing that.

Agree was crying out for lookman + Sandro
A poor header from a player who most have been shouting at him to play, I might add.
And he was absolutely outstanding for every other part of the game. He was right to start.
Truly terrible management. Keep Williams on and that goal doesn't happen. Sigurdsson a long way off fitness and Klaasen weak , so he just gave away our numerical advantage.
He was outstanding tonight, but just made 1 error. If not for that error, we take the 3 points.
