Are

Are you one of these fools who think we have some great players that are underperforming and all we need is a new manager to get the best out of them.
Well it will not happen

He's had over 20 games and in that time i can think of one 45 minute spell when they've done ok, he's had half a season to put some sort of stamp on the team and i still like many others don't have a clue what system he has, Wimbledon football at a guess.

You really have no idea have you.

Oh sorry, do we not kick off when the Kopites and Geordies start scrawling stuff on banners and protest marching? Well guess what, if any of ours do it then you have to be consistent dont you...otherwise we'd all be the hypocrites we also call the Kopites and Geordies.

Couldn't give a big frig about them TBH mate, nor do I have any interest in suggesting the current manager is one/both/whatever or his behaviour is somehow akin to theirs. That said, he's not beyond criticism either. The very fact of the matter is you've been pretty well opposed to this manager since his name was first mooted, as you have - more or less - with MOSHIRI's input and buy-in (Iranian tit, all that). And it at times just reads like a giant wind-up agenda mate because you found it within yourself - quite oddly at times - to essentially support MARTINEZ even in his latter/dark days, often citing how he should maybe make a stand and be more pro-active in getting the players he wants. Yet here's RK, basically backing up any questions raised RE MARTINEZ and him perhaps not doing the business he wanted to do because - as RK is hinting at - the board is responsible for a lot of apparent fluffing & farting about, as we knew, yet you rip him for doing so and being a tad public abarrr it ?!?!?!

As always, with us, it seems there are positives that are immediately hammered with a big bag of neg.

Get on board a bit man, just hang on the side if you need to, but FFS Dave....just try and find a bit of pozz in it, it's a big fix mate and there's a whole lot of cak to move on.

Your not very bright if you do not think he cannot get a job at another club, his record with Southampton guarantees that.
So he will exchange 6m job for 4m job, better to bail out quick, without major changes we are in desperate trouble.
If not this season then certainly next.
Never in a million years would any manager on that wedge walk away from a compensation package.

The Everton managers job could easily become one that off puts the best managers, if we don't give the chance to whoever is in charge before making a decision. If they aren't given the resources to compete with the 6 stand out teams in the league, managers won't want to come to us to improve their CV.
