He got stinking drunk and did himself in from what I saw. Nobody was even going for him and he just got collared for swearing before he lost it a bit and had a go at @roydo on Twitter.

Yeah United will be, but considering he thinks he is CL standard where was he tonight? Great at scoring the 4th in a game that has allready been killed off, like he did at the weekend to end his barren streak, but nowhere to be seen when needed.

I really like Rom, but he does have his limitations which he showed in abundance tonight along with his best mate Pogba. Great when things are going their way but, when the opposition turn up the heat a bit, pretty anonymous and, to be honest, not arsed.

It's interesting to see all the same arguments and counter arguments resurface, that existed during his time at Everton.

"He doesn't do it when it matters" vs. "he's starved of service" etc. It hasn't differed even now that he's got the likes of Mata and Pogba behind him. Whether you think it's right or wrong, I think it's clear most fans expect their strikers to be more than just goalscorers in the modern game
