Think it's safe to assume with uniteds budget and Lukaku up front, It would be the only year they wernt in it. Any top team with real ambition...or a huge budget would kill anything with Rom in the side, Thats the real buzzkill for me...we are so close to bridging the gap but seem to have taken 2 seasons too long in getting there. Real shame we allowed to be used as the snappily titled "MTSFPBCWLEP"

As said by the poster above mate Lineker was 85/86 season. We won the league 84/85 and 86/87, we should have won it linekers season as well like , I blame the lansdowne road pitch .
