Roma Watch

If the season had started when they appointed Ranieri, they'd be sitting near the top of the table. Maybe they should see if Ranieri fancies keeping the role beyond the end of the season.

He is staying at Roma but will be given a role within the club but I am sure he will be advising TFG on who should be his successor, I bet TFG can't quite believe how well it's worked out for not just Roma but us as well

He has done more than just steady the ship, he's commanding it. Well worth remembering that they are still in the Europa League and stand a good chance of going far in that competition. A few players, like Shomurodov and Soule, seem to be coming into their own as well.

Absolutely, I have always liked Ranieri, I admired him for what he did at Leicester and he is still showing his class with how he has turned Roma's season around, I think they are also 4 points of a European place in the league, and like you say have a good chance of winning the Europa League they seem to be a team full of confidence now

Saw something on Twitter yesterday that said they’ve made like 30m alone on shirt sales and are one of the top 20 teams in Europe for that

Now, if TFG can work some magic here…

They did for Dybala, what we should have done for James.

But they've also got one of the most iconic badges in World Football, in the Lupetto.

If Everton start exploring avenues lome this, I'm sure we'll shoot up.

I wish they would utilise Totti a bit more the man is a living breaking Roman legend. He’s not employed by Roma in any single capacity which blows my mind.

Definetly, we should try and use the 83-91 badge and develop on it and make it a bit more detailed to make something simplistic but really appealing on the eye

Agreed.

Everton lockup is unique to us; no one else has the same.

There's a real chance to make a marker, and follow trends of clubs going "retro", sell it and get it global..
The simplistic thing we use is garbage.

Yep when I think of Roma, instantly think of Totti, surprised he doesn't have a role with the club

Hate to admit it but the RS new badge is something we should try to emulate, it looks really clean and definetly appeals in a brand aspect

On 17 July 2017, Totti confirmed his retirement from professional football and announced that he had accepted an offer from his former team to become a club director. On 18 September, Totti began studying for a course in order to obtain his UEFA B coaching licence.

However, he withdrew from the course two weeks later, as he was unable to attend the course regularly due to his commitments as a director of Roma; his former teammate Simone Perrotta took his place.

On 17 June 2019, he announced his resignation from his role at Roma, in an hour-long press conference held at the Italian Olympic Committee headquarters, where he publicly accused chairman James Pallotta and the management for not involving him enough in the club's decision making, stating he would reconsider a comeback only under a different ownership. This marked the end of his 30-year association with the club

He rage quit.
