OK. Well if taking gulf money (City and PSG) out of the picture, perhaps a better way to put it would be that only red club level teams (LFC, Man Utd, Bayern, Benfica, Ajax) get genuine homegrown dynasties.

Without oil money, blue ones (us in the 80s, Leicester 2016, Napoli) traditionally have fleeting periods of success inevitably followed by a decline - and in our case, no sign of an upturn.

I also expect a power shift in Milan when Lautaro Martinez goes too, even after Inter have coasted to this year's title.

Both teams' fans hated each other, but do you know there was one team they would call a truce over .... Liverpool after their rampage in the European Cup Final there.
