Yes in 5 years time if West ham, Palace, Watford blow £100 million on signings and we spend naff all I will agree 100% with you, but right now we have the better team so should be finishing above them, anything less is underachievement especially when it's in the bottom half.

Was old enough to see the great years under Howard which is why I don't accept underachievement, too many fans talk up a good game but accept mediocrity/accept something that they would have used as a stick to beat certain previous managers/captains with of previous years, It's hypocritical.

We have no Europa League to contend and a squad that in the managers words is big enough at present to compete.
