Fair enough. Just made a note of the date also. 6/12/2014 it's a good job he didn't take over as the form was about to get dramatically better.

For the record I don't want Pulis, although I did fear for us that season and that 5 game unbeaten run when we won 4 & drew 1 that saved us from a relegation scrap. So I guess that prior to that 5 game run that was my thinking....Ironically the 2nd quote was clearly sarcastic. But use it all you want.

I had high hopes Ian, you were trading well, but then you dropped your guard and the boy David has just blindsided you.
Behave. I'm not into vaulting but I've just been having a read through the Moyes Leaving thread...he hammered Brennan for criticising Martin O'Neil as he had 'won stuff' and said we could only attract Neil Lennon if he were 'on a pittance' at Celtic.

We all have our demons

...it's not helped by malcontents trying to launch counter revolutions to re-impose their, old outmoded system.

...fine point (although utterly unfounded) - of course you're reverting quite perfectly to type & referencing your second favourite hobbyhorse after BOBSY which, I'm sure, would be 'Moyes & the 'hoofball''? As per...

Though 'outmoded systems' has relevance in relation to WIGAN & us don't you think. It somehow perfectly describes his defensive acumen & tactical slant.
