Haha, I sort of agree. But higher

What was the Moyes mis- treatment of Everton? I saw some daft early bids for felony and Baines but thought that was more about skin flint ed Woodward clipping Moyes wings...

Think Moyes made himself look a bit of a bellend when he came out with this crap when he was at utd, especially after he blew his top when City came in for Lescott.

"if I was the Everton manager and Sir Alex had come asking for Baines and Fellaini, I would have found it very difficult to keep them."

"I always felt the right thing to do was what was right for the players."

No it wasn't and no it isn't.

He was good value for every single boo he received on his return.....he burnt his bridges with us when he treated our club like dirt in his early months of Old Trafford.

I shall boo him again if he ever returns with a team.

And Moyes spent in the region of £60 million during his nine months at United.....I don't think Van Gaal would have spent much more than that, if he spent more at all, during his first nine months there.
You obviously have not done any research before answering

I'm no Moyes lover but even I can see that he managed us at a time when the top 3 or 4 were miles ahead of everyone else in terms of performances and results, which is why we used to finish about 6th on average. I'd go as far as to say that if we were having a typical Moyes type season we'd be in Spurs position today, and given the failings of other teams around them, probably legitimate title challengers under such circumstances, as Spurs are.
In Moyes first three seasons we conceded, 49,57 & 46. Average 50.6 per season. Martinez after two was 39 & 50 ave 45.5. Moyes did improve to an overall 43.7 per season, not exactly defensive coach of the decade.

I dont trust him to get us top 4 in the next few seasons. He hasnt got any history to say he will do it. To stubborn to change things during a game and change his philosophy.

On the plus side i cant imagine him being on big wages and he wears a nice coat.

Even though we're way better than bottom 6 I still nearly sprayed wine across the phone laughing at that clip.

There's some funny people on this forum. Does you the power of good when reading overseas with a crying baby :)

Is the league cup run already a very good one? I ask, as I'm interested to know if that's already set to be rammed down out throat did the rest of the season regardless.

Do you not fear what an 11th placed finish could do to our squad?
Any chance of a reply @davek not goading just interested to know what you think.

Ahh

Hm. Any chance it was taken out of context?

Just asking..

Didn't Van Gaal spend £57m or Di Maria alone, let alone the bonkers loan fees for Falcao and 15-30m each for Blind, Herrera, Shaw and Rojo or someone?

What a tit Moyes is.

I hate any attitude that makes Everton seem 2nd rate.
