Clearly it's not quite as easy as some of the FM types would have you believe or everyone would be at it

No its really quite easy, if you play with 2 wingers it gives your team an attacking and defensive shape which allows the team to have a proper structure , currently we have Kone jogging around trying to look useful, when the oppos full back pushes on it pushes 1 of the CBs wide which in turn means Barry drops deeper back allowing for more space to appear on the wings and in the "hole".

Football really is that easy.

That is spot on, the big flaw though is injuries who comes in for Jags, McC etc. Where is the back up?
