Roberto Martinez discussion

I think the enormity of his decision to join Utd has just hit Moyes.

I don't know how true the promise not to come sniffing for our players was but he always was a bit of a naive soul old Moyesie doubtless overwhelmed by fergie whispering "it's you!" he's got there and suddenly realised he'll be lucky to get 6 months plus let alone 6 years plus as he had here.

The words "feck Bill, feck Everton" probably babbled rabidly from his trembling frothing gob as he told the Utd hierarchy "get Baines....GET FECKIN' BAINES!!".

His ring must be twitching ten to the dozen at the realisation .... feck him the lieing get.

He'll fit right in there with United's corporate heads.

He was never part of Everton anyway as far as I was concerned. Spent all his time with self-promotion. Probably the only good thing that'll come of this Baines situation will be that some of those signed up to viewing him as a manager to be revered will wake up and acknowledge what he really is.

Martinez - Who else is wearing the mask?

Quite a few of us today actually!

Definitely not me. trust and respect is earned not given, at the moment he is the only Wigan manager to take them out of the premiership, whilst occasionally winning the passing.

He's also the only Wigan manager to win them a trophy.

And he's not the Wigan manager any more, he's the Everton manager. You're not going to respect our manager until he 'earns it'? Wow, now that's great support.... nothing like a bit of encouragement and faith eh?

I don't think bringing in Wigan players has done him any favors + all the below standard players we have being linked to is also very depressing. And yes the first two games have been poor - but if we can keep baines and Fellani I think we will be ok this season.

Only one Wigan player has even played - Kone - and he's not even started games, he's come on as a sub.
Alcaraz is injured and was a free agent, Robles is a sub goalie who wasn't even signed from Wigan - he was signed from Athletico Madrid.

The 'signing Wigan players' moans are so factually incorrect and b.s. - he signed ONE Wigan player.

You'd think he was flooding the starting eleven with Wigan players the way people carry on.

Off to a terrible start and he is under pressure. The Cardiff game is now huge pressure for him.

Unbeaten and one clean sheet already when every moaner goes on about his defensive weaknesses is NOT a terrible start.

It's an absolute joke to claim he's under huge pressure, he is not.

We were unlucky and played well last week, today we weren't at our best, but still could have won it if Fellaini hadn't hit the post.

When is it OK to be angry lads, just so I know when I can comment on my disappointment.

2? 3? 6? 10? games

Its amazing the only thing that Dave Whelan said that we want/hope to be true as appose to bullsh*t is that this Kid is gonna be a top manager, anything else he said was for a thing of mockery and nothing more, lets hope he was right, but for me, this will end in tears.
