Yeah, no matter what happens now the Crimea belongs to Russia again and they won't give it up. I don't think they actually want the eastern bit of Ukraine so they can just stir it up then offer not to take it over as a gesture of goodwill. Everything will settle down and Russia then has what it really wanted all along.........

Many Russians believe the Cold War never ended.
