In the abscence of bringing in a right winger, then i think ndiaye needs to be considered there. Its where he plays internationally and his style (as in, doesnt cross anyway) means he should be able to play his normal game there.
Grealish then as the narrow left sided attacker and alcaraz in his best position as a no.10
 
For me Alcaraz is the best option on the right. He's shown he'll get back quickly and has a lot of ability. However, Grealish hasn't signed to sit on the bench, and I think Ndiaye is better on the left, than right, but can play in the middle of a three. Grealish, Ndiaye and Alcaraz in a three behind a striker. That would mean Dewsbury-Hall one of the two in midfield.
