he didn`t set the place on fire though. if he was that good he would`ve been poached by Man Utd well before now

I'm a little confused, who actually kept Everton up? Some days it's Lampard, then the fans, another day it's Richarlison, then it's Pickford. It seems to change depending which narrative is being spun.

Sad he's going but unless we're challenging for Europe, our model should be selling players at their peak for max profits. Just a shame our board are crap and can't get a decent fee.

Tbh £50 million up front is not as bad as it could have been, given that we had to sell him today!

I think the narrative is the same. It's merely the individual take on it. Personally I think it was, an amalgam of all of those parts.... Thank God.
