I think he is still a little immature and can be too emotional on the field. He tries to do far too.much when we are chasing the game and ends up not doing much at all sometimes. His decision making today was fairly poor and he needs to keep it more simple.

His worst form has come at the worst time this season. Wouldn't get big money based on this seasons performance so I don't think he'll be getting that next big money move to a CL team he was hoping for.
