Nope.

At Keans age Lukaku had been at Chelsea 2 seasons and scored ZERO goals.

But you don't want the next Lukaku, you want Danny Ings.

You wrote off DCL and Kean, so you have no interest in young lads who can grow.
 

Richy cost us tonight. If he squares it to iwobi with 5 minutes left instead of trying to shoot from an impossible angle we get an undeserved win. Iwobi would have had an open goal and more than likely would have scored. His greed cost us that win. I don't care who the player is, the coaching staff should be replaying that chance in the dressing room straight after the game to richy and telling him in no uncertain terms never to do it again.

of course it will never be mentioned and he will continue to shoot from ridiculous positions and costing us more points.

Undeserved?
 
Yes, Undeserved. had we won it would have been undeserved considering our lack of adventure going forward. We looked like we set out for a draw. We were in our own half for 70-80% of that game. it's a lot easier to set up defensively and basically ruin a game into a no- score draw. It's a lot harder to actually set up a team to win games, consistently. We are still miles behind the top teams as a creative team going forward. We're a defensive team and a fairly boring one at that.
 
It was selfish, but Richy and Dom are always going for those types of chances. It comes with experience and a culture change. Hopefully under Carlo we start making those ‘right decisions.’ He was decent tonight.

It doesn’t work like that. And besides, how many shots did they have on target? Three shots on target, the same amount as Everton!

There would have been nothing undeserving if we had won yesterday’s game due to scoring more goals than they did.

Clubs have won leagues through prioritising defence over attack. It’s called tactics.

It’s nonsense to suggest that having loads of possession without troubling the opposition makes you deserving of winning a game. That’s the type of cack Martinez used to come out with!

Exactly. They passed around in not dangerous areas for most of the game and didn't create anything.

How many times does Richy try to tee someone up and they miss? Or mess up the pass? Richy isn’t a great playmaker, from that spot if he thinks he can score I’m fine with him shooting every time. That’s what he does. He scores from worse
 
I think if we ever got a left footed player to play on the right he would be ideally suited to the left hand side of a front 3. I think 2 up top leaves the rest of the team out numbered. If DCL not available I would play him through the middle.
