His ankle is probably a bit sore & swollen after going over on it last weekend. Hopefully he'll be alright to play by Sunday, just needs to rest it until then.

Wouldn't be the end of the world if he missed the game though like, would rather us just play it safe when it comes down to it.

If he doesn't play it has to be DCL for me. Pace and running to stretch their defence is needed, Tosun cannot provide that.

Didn’t take part in full training today but did do some light work on his own. Fingers firmly crossed.

surely you need your best players for the harder games ( ie Chelsea ) if he's fit he should play

Silva doesnt strike me like the type to take any chance's over injuries.
Unlike the buffoon that had Keane playing with an badly infected gash down to the bone last season.
He'll only be played if he's fit to play.

There's another stupid international break following so think he'll get some game time to see how he holds up. Any sign of problems then take him offf asap even after 5 mins if needs be.

Think he the sort of lad who'd prefer to get a chance at a run at them. Would also like to see him on the wing where he has a better idea where the tackles are flying in from and hence anticipate a collision. Maybe lookman through the middle to mix it up a bit and a free roll. Tosun needs a bit more confidence and he's not going to get much space against Chelski.

DCL to replace him if he can't last.

If he can’t go I’d consider Theo through the middle and give Lookman a start. Don’t think Tosun would bother Rudiger and Luiz at all
