Richarlison at Spurs

I just don’t think he’s that good of a player if I’m being honest
Well there is this, he went over 10 games without scoring, when we absolutely needed a goal, but people forget that because he ran around with a smoke bomb.
He stood out becuase of his personality. He looked good in a small poor team.
Just like Newcastle on Gordon, we totally had them off in the fee.

His performances for Brazil and us would say that he is very good and at times can be extremely good.

However, he does need the right system around him, if he is to be a regular goal scorer.
If anything - the system doesn't matter as long as it allows him to play.

For us he's played as a winger/wide forward (target man there at times too bizarrely), or a straight up #9, both in teams where we dominated possession or sat back and played direct counterattacking football. Done between average to very well in both.

For Brazil he's played as an out and out #9 in a team that has a lot of quality on the ball and has most of it for most the game - done very well there too, despite it being different than for us for example.

At Tottingham they barely had a game plan other than give it to Kane/Son. At times for Conte they were all just sat in the middle like brainlets and he kept shouting to get them even closer, what a shocking manager he turned out for them.

In a normal set up he'll look decent and bag, regardless of what the setup is, was my point. He'll always give 100% at any rate.

Miss him also :(

If Bill has any say in the matter they will.
Yip, his PA is like: ‘I have Mr. Kenwright on the phone for you sir.’

The first thought that goes through Levy’s head is:

🙄🙄

Now behind Kane, Son, Kulesevski, Danjuma, and Porro?

God knows who they will get as manager, but he needs to get out of there on a loan. No one is paying what Levy will want after this year. Stayed with us a year longer than he probably wanted to, then immediately wasted a season of his career.
