Tbf we saw it all the time with him. Even if he was having a bad game I never wanted to see him subbed, because he would still motor around and heckle the opposition and create enough chaos that we might get something. He'll have much better games than yesterday, but if your team is getting the runaround and you can't get anything going up front, he's one of the best lads you can call on

He was always a player that did the little things well, which isn't always obvious on a television broadcast. He finds his way into good spaces and generally makes a pest of himself, which means that he's almost always affecting the game even when it doesn't show up on the stat sheet. Solid player.

They celebrated at full time so I don't think there's much in it

I think that was more about the formation change than anything he personally did. Also helped that Harry Kane was in the side.

He gave Chelsea something different to think about but he certainly wasn't brilliant individually. He'll be good when he gets more of an understanding with the big guy.
