Republic of Ireland Thread.

Well said. The players need the Government to lead now and instruct the FAI that we will not fulfil the fixture.

Throw us into the football wilderness all you like. Somebody has to take a stand against the murder of children.
FFG government with Martin will never take action on the issue. They'll hide behind hosting Euro 2028 and the EU presidency.
They will heap the issue on to the players.

Germany, France, England and the Eastern European governments/federations, and the EU leaders will protect Israel no matter what.
Action needs to be taken but it has to be creative. They'll revel in Irish expulsion and their own acceleration to the Euros.
Womens teams are already being forced to play both legs in Hungary and surrender home advantage in their competition.
The Country won’t let the fixture go ahead, if it does it will need to be abandoned anyway.

Everyone involved needs to get out in front of this.

If one does everyone will.
It'll be embarrassing the internet 'pay-triots' will bring down their loyalists buddies and all the world will see is Irish fighting themselves.
The narrative will be see, a lot of Irish people support Israel. The government and Zionists will lap it up to to push the BDS movement further away. The bold Tan Martin can hid behind his "it's complex".

"very important that the decision is not put on to the shoulders of players".
Trying to run with the foxes and hunt with the hounds.

Do they realize that the President would be expected to great Israel after they kidnapped her sister in international waters.

Martin refuses to listen to the noise until
he has secured his EU job. As a fella Ard Mhacha member, it’s enraging that he views us as less Irish than him.

Imagine Catherine Connolly having to shake hands with dignitaries and representatives of the state that illegally abducted and abused her sister.

Having a laugh, and don't get me started on the swine Patrick O'Donovan saying he wouldn't attend the match but the players should. Pr|{k

Remember, O'Donovan's behaviour around the Dublin/Monaghan bombings. No chance he cares about anything that's happening.

The sad thing about this is the “civil war” it has created among the football community in the Republic.

It is bitter and it is rancorous.

The real culprit of course is UEFA who should have kicked Israel out long since.

For goodness sake it ain’t even a European country.

End this farce now…boot Israel out.
