It makes more and more sense when you think about it. He's had a recent influx of forum supporter cash, and is going to have a week of Kyle Walker style debauchery with boats and hoes all over the place, leaving the rest of us wondering who's Jack and who's Piggy.
This might be why we can't have nice things.

He's not banned, even temp, as far as I can tell.

Will lift it in time. I still need to config it, but the cap is to try and curb any early 'enthusiasm' which will make the moderators threaten a coup unless I remove it.
This is the global options - all feedback on how it should look to work appreciated.
This is the 'per usergroup' options (a usergroup is like, registered member, forum supporter, moderator)
(Just realised I hadnt enabled forum supporters to view anonymous rep, you can now).

Two minor questions:
Will there be a system where we can see who has the most neg reps and will it ever appear in the "What's New" bit?
On the multipliers, does that mean @MarcelsGoat would have the most rep ammo because he is currently on top of the "likes" list?
