Literally the ideal opponent at this stage of the year

They're the most mid table team ever pretty much.

Since xmas they've taken 4 points off Spurs (were losing 2-1 away with 15 minutes left) got a good 1-1 v Man. City and also drew at Man. United and beat Arsenal at weekend.

However they've also lost 4-0 at Villa when they were on a poor run and then lost at home to Newcastle and Watford within 3 days.

It's one of those where I don't expect much if they concede a cheap set piece goal but longer it goes 0-0 they could perhaps pinch it on the break.

A point is okay. Crucial to keep the belief around the team, it’s a bit of a cliche but coming back to get a point in that fashion will be much better for morale than if we’d gone 1-0 up and conceded late on.

Burnley and Watford will not consistently point this season.

So even draws improve our chances of staying up. That's 4 from 6 which is a good return given the form we have been in.

Just need to pray for a miracle this weekend.

Turned off so missed the equaliser.

That’s me done for the season. I can’t waste another 1 1/2 hours of my life on these useless tossers again this season.

Sick to death of how pathetic they are.

Having a bet on 5 and 6 nil Sunday, it’s going to be a proper walloping. Feel so sorry for any Everton fans actually going to that.

having an actual beton your own team

christ

That would be us 2pts above them at least after liverpool chelsea games out of the way.
Then its away to Leicester, Watford, home to Brentford and Palace, and lastly Emirates.
If we cant take 6pts from them 5 we will be down.
6pts would mean them needing to get 8 minimum from Villa home and away, Watford and Spurs away, then home to newcastle.
We cant have it going into final game though as newcastle be on the brown ale from next wknd while gunners will be still in hunt for 4th.

no final day stuff

We have a decent record at home vs Chelsea and they aren't playing for anything. Only game I have written off is Liverpool because it's away and they are a far superior team.

Ill never go out and think we can’t get a result against the RS. It’s not logical I know, but this is the Derby. Big game and all on the line for both teams.

Tear into them, we need every point.
