Pretty sure I did, with that screenshot.

Grogu: "You reckon 38pts"
You: "I don't think it'll be any less"

Which was the post I replied to. The fact that you put an "if" in another post, doesn't change what you said in the one I quoted. It's pretty clear. You think Burnley will get at least 38pts. You literally said exactly that.

Strange for you to criticise other people's comprehension when you can't even comprehend your OWN posts lol
I don`t think Burnley are getting 14 points from 9 games when they have 24 from 29 games.

Couple of things a mate just pointed out to me. Leicester play 3 games before they come to Goodison next, hope that takes some out of their legs.

Also check how many games Burnley has left in April compared to Everton’s two.

By the turn of next month we should know what needs to be done before a run of potentially hideous games hits us. Or ace ones if Everton react to the crowd like yesterday.

I noticed that. I also noticed Burnley have West Ham after they have travelled to Lyon midweek so swings and roundabouts. Hopefully no more than a point for Burnley today. Too much to ask for Norwich to win. I think Watford are gone if they fail to beat Brentford next week so could be a two horse race soon for that last spot. Burnley have the better fixtures no doubt. Will probably go down to the wire

Just because Burnley and Watford haven't won many games this season, IMO it shouldn't be discounted that one of them might put a run together. It's happened in the past. I can remember WBA, Fulham and Leicester going on mad runs at the end to avoid relegation. Burnley have also put runs together in the past.

100% mate. In order to get out of this mess we need to put a run together ourselves which means back to back wins and 3 points required against Leicester.

Doesn't matter if Burnley win, lose or draw today. They're capable of sticking 3 1-0 wins together in a row.

Our win yesterday just ramped up even more pressure on the 3 below so let them scrap it out today and we should be looking forward to another home game against Leicester and a real chance to push for another 3 points.

When Watford go it could be a three horse race still looking at Leeds Fixtures. They are 5 clear of us but the two games in hand we have. They could easily be dragged back in. The win they got at Wolves that they shouldn’t have got probably keeps them up tho. I hope Burnley lose every game. I also hope we can real Leeds in. Because if we can get above Leeds we are safe.

This is still far too close to call. Have to assume that Burnley are going to win today but it would be fantastic if they dropped points.

As many have said, we appear to be getting Leicester at the perfect time so we have to make our break and home advantage count there, nothing less than 3 points will do from that game.

14 points from 9 games? Be shocked if they get remotely close to it
I agree I think atm unless they go on a wild run they're gaurenteed to get about 8 points looking at their remaining fixtures. Although they have a kinder run in than us and also have to play Villa twice so it's whether Stevie G throws them a bone or not. If he did that could see them with 14 points as Villa will have nothing to play for and they're also crap atm too.

I'm hoping 2 or 3 more wins should be enough but we could need a couple draws in there for good measure. At least for us going forward the United result is something to build on, will lift the confidence levels and help us shake the bad luck a bit.

If we can beat Leicester (which for me is our best chance at 3 points remaining due to their games before it and it being at home at night), we’d have got 9 points from the five games of Newcastle West Ham Burnley United Leicester

The analysts at Burnley and Watford calculating points for safety would have been unlikely to have predicted that. Most Everton fans wouldn’t have predicted that and the majority would have absolutely given their arm for it to happen before a ball was kicked against Newcastle and people were predicting we wouldn’t win a game again this season, imagine offering them three out of five at that point?

We’re one decent effort at home under the lights agaisnt a tired Leicester team from being in that position. Mina might be back, Allan VdB Delph are back, hopefully no need for Kenny to be on the pitch. Mykolenko is looking strong, the front three are all fit. We just need to make it happen.

Now we messed up against Burnley no doubt but the fact we were in positions to get points against West Ham and Burnley is a good sign.

Exactly, at some point we'll sneak a point away or grab an unexpected win. For a team with very little confidence we weren't far off getting a deserved result against West Ham and Burnley
