Burnley will not drop down. We are in deep trouble. Leeds have took a huge chance on this Yank. Brentford are not out of it. Norwich and Watford will struggle to get near survival. It will be interesting what the bookies now think. Wolves is a six pointer, cliché yes, but its a fact.
Why are Burnley safe . They have won 3 games all season, lost there last 2 at home and are currently in the bottom 3 .

That would be the Burnley who’ve lost their last 2 by an aggregate of 6-0 at home
 
I think we'll be safe, purely because of how bad some others are. Norwich are gone, Watford look it too & I still think Brentford will slide in there. Leeds' goal difference is a blessing for us but we could have done with keeping the scoreline down tonight.
 
Many on here said a trained chimp could get this lot defending well and all Benitez needed to do was play a Midfield 3.

How did that work out for us?

Benitez wasn't the problem - how some can't see that still is baffling.

Wasn't the biggest problem agreed, but a problem nonetheless. Clearly the quality and determination of most of the players was/still is the biggest problem, but we couldn't have replaced an entire squad over the course of a January transfer window. could we
